ABOUT MLM RESIDENCE LEASING
A little about our company: MLM Residence Leasing is a small
company with 9 rental buildings with 40 apartments, in the
central Grand Rapids area, focusing on Heritage Hill and East Hills
area. It is a family company, with Mary Mishler the driving force
and her son Michael who runs our maintenance team and is aided by
Quinn, Sean, and Scott. Mary's husband Mike pitches in to do some
of the painting work. Donna Batdorff is our Leasing Manager and
the person most of you will deal with in the details of leasing an
apartment from us. We respond quickly to maintenance issues (although
hopefully our lovely new 28 Lafayette won't have any issues) with
around the clock urgent response, and a next day or sooner call
back to schedule less important issues.
